In 2010 we created a new business specializing in Codfish. Initially we focused on desalted and ultra frozen codfish using Soguima’s modern facilities in Portugal, which offers consumers the pleasure of eating the real codfish without undergoing long preparation (desalting and hydration). Just defreeze it, and bake it or grill it!.
It is evident that the traditional dried and salted codfish from Norway could not fail to be present: for this, we chose the best producers in the market. As a complement, we added to this Division olives originating from Argentina, Chile and Peru, preserves of the most varied and exotic origins.
